Sessions

We offer sessions to our members 7 days a week.
Instructor led workouts are held each day as early as 5am and into the evening.

SPINNING

Ride to your favorite songs in a low lit room where the best instructors will motivate and push you to achieve your goals! Classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. We ride together, but you’re able to make your ride as challenging or easy as you need it to be, making it great for all levels of fitness! Your ride is low impact so it’s easy on the knees. Spinning is also known for having the highest post-calorie burn than any other cardio workout!

HIP HOP SPIN FLEX

Let’s groove to new and old school hip hop on and off the Spin bike. Hit lower body on the bike and incorporate upper body strength training off the bike for a total body workout in less than an hour!

LEGS, BUNS & GUNS

Tone your legs, tighten your buns and flex your guns! In this workout we will use a combination of weights and body weight while building strength and firming our muscles.

ARMS & ABS

Tighten & tone your core and upper body! In this class we will combine movements for strengthening our core and work your biceps, triceps, shoulders & back using a combination of body weight exercises and weights.

SPIN FLEX

The Spinning® classes you love are great for cardio training and lower body muscular fitness, but what about your upper body? Spin Flex is the answer for Spinning enthusiasts who love to ride but also need a total body workout in a short amount of time.

BARRE

Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. The focus is on high reps + small movements to fatigue out the small muscle groups. Using various props such as light weights and resistance bands to build lean muscles allowing you to feel the burn. These classes will make you sweat giving you that after workout glow! All levels welcome.  

TABATA

In this workout you will burn fat, improve endurance and speed and aid in weight loss. We will focus on high intensity intervals followed with periods of rest. Weights will often be used. Like all of our classes there is always room to modify!

CIRCUIT TRAINING

An efficient workout that integrates strength, balance, coordination, and cardio. Circuit training is a total body challenge that is designed to target strength building and improve agility and muscular endurance through various stations. You’ll be challenged with dumbbells, stability balls, BOSU, cable weight machine and kettlebells to name a few!

SPINNING - HIIT & HILLS

45 mins of heart-pumping intervals mixed with power-building hills. Improve your power and your overall fitness in this high intensity ride.

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!

TOTAL BODY BURNOUT

If you need a workout to push your whole body, this one’s for you. Weight training can help you tone your muscles and improve your appearance. In this workout we will use a combination of dumbbell, barbells and body weight. Over time, you’ll be able to lift weights more easily and for longer periods of time. You’ll also help to maintain your bone density, better manage your weight and improve your body’s metabolism.

KETTLEBELL

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using fast dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness- strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. You will build explosive power, increase joint mobility, and keep an elevated heart rate.
